Question FR%OMM002 what to expect?

this is my 1st post here, i got hit with a FR%OMM002 last week on a 9 year old selling account with over 1000 feedback's , they did not take any of my listings down but i cannot list any thing new . all my info on the account is real.

as soon as i got email from eBay i fax all my info the very next day.. its been 5 days and i did not hear back any thing from them.....

i have read all threads here about OMM002 and i have two questions.

1.email i received says they will take up to 3 days... but its been 5 days already (including weekend) aspkin guide says do not keep faxing them the info which might makes thing worst for you. how long should i wait for before trying to contact them. what is the best way to contact ? reply to the email i got or call? what should be my next move?

2 . most of the things i sell are bought on eBay as well (cell phones mostly) . i faxed them my paypal payment screen shots showing i bought these phones in last few weeks that's the only proof i have for ownership of items listed on eBay. does any one have any experience sending ebay paypal payment screen as a proof of purchase ?

thank you and i will keep posted on any development.

Call them and say something along the lines of, "Hey I sent you my details last week and haven't heard back from you, did you get them?"

They will check. You will be reinstated.

------------------------------------------------

Did you buy those cellphones under the same ebay account? If so, explain it to someone over the phone. Be ready with auction numbers.

They will check, you will be reinstated.

------------------------------------------------

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you're buying broken phones, fixing them, and then reselling them. Maybe you're unlocking them, who knows....

If you have any kind of cell phone repair certification, I'd be ready to email a copy of it to them on a moments notice, just in case. Probably not likely.

well i talked to them yesterday and they said that it will take anywhere from 11-14 business days for them to reply back because I guess they are extremely busy.

unholy -

that is downright ridiculous. i'd just try calling again. sounds like the rep you talked to had his angry girlfriend on the other line.

my account did get off the limitation ! well sort of ...they gave me a limit to sell , so i can only sell to limited dollers /auction listings.. but i guess i can get it removed in 30 days ?

btw i dont think any thing worked for me. i did chat, email , call... but it did take 8 days to get their reply...i am guessing people at T&S are not really in direct contact with any customer service dept (who are talking to sellers on chat or phone)
