Default Has selling BRANDS become dangerous??? Why??

Hey,
Concerning brand items that are being listed on ebay....
While reading "how to get back on ebay" guide i saw something that's a bit unclear to me...
"Selling brand items" can get you suspended.....

With my first ebay account (that i've used for 2 years) i was selling Gucci bags, Hermes Bags, Hermes scarves and watched, one of a kind items and only 100% stuff.
Last year, in december more precisely, ebay started removing my listings (the Gucci items) because of "copyright infringment" .
And this "copyright infringment" tortured me for weeks and months as even after reading all their policies and reading about Vero i still didn't understand why they suspenended me: i wasn't using any images from Gucci (the photos were taken by me), i wrote the description so.....why infringment, i didn't "steal" anything from anyone.....

I decided not to list Gucci again, but i still have lots of Versace, Hermes and Yves Saint Laurent....all vintage, all exclusive items all one of a kind.....

What's up with ebay banning "brand items"? What am i supposed to write in the title? "Designer Bag" and not mention the brand in the description???

Ebay is becoming more and more stupid everyday and makes less and less sense.....

B/c Ebay is being sued left and right. It's weird though, you say it's one of a kind and vintage you should be okay. How many auctions have you put up b/c that affects it. I listed one vintage authentic WORN chanel sweater and it was fine bc I had 10 other generic brands. If you put up all designer stuff maybe it's kind of suspicious?

Well i have only listed 10 items, max. I probably have 25 per total.
I don't understand what's up with the designer stuff....??
Why am i being "punished"/banned for selling 100% authentic goods? Brand goods??

Some people make a living on ebay by selling used socks and old books, i decided to sell luxury and ebay doesn't agree with that....
I see people that have listed 20 Hermes Birkins priced at 30k each, and they still go strong, no "brand" issue....

I suppose that ebay is being sued by some brands because their sales dropped due to high amount of stuff sold on ebay, but it's still a drop in the sea if you think.

Someone who wants to buy a 10k bag they will buy it at the store's representance, they won't wait for THE deal on ebay.

My stuff is 100% vintage and discountinued itlmes, so you won't find any of this stuff in stores, onyl private collections....i'm not stealling anyone's customers.....

Ebay sucks big time and one day i am sure that something better (other site such as bid2u) will come to dethrone them.

Meanwhile all we have to do is be quiet, keep a low profile and keep changin IP's.:D

It's because the brand owners don't want you to sell their items. Under eBay's new policies any VeRO may select to cancel any auctions they want pertaining to their brand. It sucks I know, that's the reason why I was banned so much in the past. The only thing you can do is try to hide the keywords these brand owners search for to find their brand.

What am I supposed to write in the title? "Designer Bag" and not mention the brand in the description???

This will work for awhile, but if you continue to sell VeRO items be prepared to be suspended over and over again in the future. It's very hard to beat VeRO.

I have seen lots of bags being sold as "designer bag" because they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and the seller didn't use the brand name, LV most of the time, and they named it "designer".

I am affraid that if i call if designer it will be trated as ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and therefore i'll be banned....

Also, i am thinking that if i use for instance "deluxe vintage designer bag" they can say it's keyword spamming, even if it's not.

If i list it as "designer" bag, but i put it in under the Gucci/Hermes/LV category, the Vero weasels will find it anyway.

Well, you can't say designer bag, b/c then it's like you are selling a ⊗⊗⊗⊗. why don't you include a note like, "T&S do not remove, I have all invoices to proove it is authentic".

I guess i could, but i don't have place left to write. "Ebay has a bunch of retards working for them" took all the space.

Your competitors are probably getting you shut down.. Sellers on ebay is greedy and low down dirty..

My stuff is vintage or it's been bought years ago. I know my clients and i trust them. I have sold this kind of stuff on ebay for 2 years and i never got a bad feedback (but that's something i can't use as an argument against ebay's abuse). It's pricey bags, 500 dollars the cheapest i'd say.

I don't sell 30 dollar ⊗⊗⊗⊗ as i don't sell 1000 dollar ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Neither me or my clients have invoices of the bags because they have been bought long time ago.... How can i prove that my stuff is authentic??

Maybe ebay should start paying house visits and "investigate" our goods.

Someone told me before it could be "concurrence".......
So, some people aren't happy with their sales and they want to get rid off any potential business spoiler....

This is just sick!

Too bad i was honest and stupid and i only had one ebay account. If i would have sold on 2-3 accounts now i could have reported a few sellers myself (got a few names on my mind), i never thought it will come to this.

I will start a new account, but with feedback 0, so i can't "bring anyone down" i have no credibility, YET
