My 1 Yr + acct now limited...Help Please

I have had an alias acct for over a year. I just recieved the M1C25 message stating that I'm now limited to 10 listings and 500. per month.

This is my 1st post here so pls pardon any errors.

I'd never heard of stealth until yesterday. But in reading allot of the threads I have been doing allot of the rec. already.

I'm out of work so ebay has been a big source of income for me. And this has made me freak out a little

Here's my info, I stayed real low, sold household junk, maybe 10 or so auctions a month, bought maybe 5 times on the account. I have also moved to another state so ip is great, I set up my paypal and ebay last year as well. I sell arts/crafts supplies and some household used stuff.

Now back last year I got 2 seperate emails from ebay that my dsr's were not at standards. I left the account alone until a few months ago, then just listed 10-15 auctions a month. My sales were around 1400. for the month.

My current dsrs are:
item as described 4.94 (1)
communication 4.93 (1)
shipping time 4.85 (2)
shipping & handling charges 4.84 (2)

On my summary it says above standard.

On my account there is a link to see if I can get the limits lifted, they want to verify my info. There could be some issues with that.
I want to buy the Stealth Book but I'm afraid now because I need to pay my basic bills. I'm pretty strapped right now for cash.

any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums. You can use TrialPay to get the guide so don`t use that as an excuse for help.

If they want documentation, you have to provide it OR you call them up and try talking them out of it. Usually does not work but good luck.

Now, if you send the docs and speak to live chat or agent, you could be reinstated. Nothing is 100% with eb ay but worth the try.

Just because the low DSRs disappeared from your report doesn't mean eB forgot about them. Looks like the limit was deliberately placed after your renewed selling, so calling them might not help you. If you need to sell more than your limit, just open more accounts.

Make sure to know a little bit about stealth and linking first so you don't link your existing account by accident.

I had a feeling it was because of the dsr's. I may be okay to wait a few months and bring up my dsr's. If I can make 1000. a month from the 10 listings I can wing it.

I want to open a stealth account though. I am going to get the Stealth Book this weekend when my auctions end.

I have learned from past accounts about linking but I had no idea that I should switch windows users.

I moved 3 times since my old account was indef. suspended. So I was hoping that helped allot. I did only delete my cookies and remove any old ebay programs;turbo lister etc and even removed old auctiva. I did NOT delete flash cookies though. And did NOT switch windows users.

I do want a photo id tho for my alias, I have PS the master collection but have no idea how to use it.

Gotta keep those DSR's up folks. That is what is killing most of you on this.

Those 1's and 2's will hurt you baaaad.
