I hope I can just have a little rant on here.
I called Paypal, the guy suggested trying different formats of account number, like removing dashes, or removing the last 2 digits(!). But now I've tried 10 times it won't even ask me the question again.
He said they'd transfer me to another department who could unblock the 10-attempts lock-out. But after going through the security questions all over again, they decided their office was closed, arrhgh!
I think I'll just tell the (only 1) payer to ask for his money to be refunded and send it again by wire transfer. Then I can forget about Paypal and hopefully oneday my account will get deleted.
