So, just to get everyone up to speed on my account...
I called ebay this morning and told them my story. They read all the emails, txt msgs, etc. The buyer was suppose to upload pictures of the damaged items within 5 days. So when I called them it had been aprox 7-8 days. So they removed the hold on the $900.00!:amen:

Then I received negative feedback from the buyer moments later.

I called ebay again and they were also able to remove the negative feedback he had left.

Hope I don't sound like a little baby that runs to his mommy when he doesn't get his way.

 The odds of all of this going in my favor are of the charts. Thanks for all your comments/feedback.

I will be using this forum more often. :humble:

:eek:he may still be able to open a dispute with paypal..

I assume if they lifted the hold on the $900 that you won the case?

If so, he cannot try again to open a dispute utilizing Paypal

He can file a chargeback with his Credit Card Co., usually up to 45 days

No, he may not do so. He might attempt that but it is preventable on the basis of the first ebay decision.

180 days depending on the credit card.

But, let's not jinx the OP.:hail:

On average, cc providers allow for 90 days to dispute not 180 - on average...

Try and be clearer with what you're saying. You can't expect to receive a response if no one understands the problem.
