Default Two suspensions on the same account?

hi.
I have my old eBay account with my real info, which was suspended because of some illegal items (not VERO, things like lasers which are not allowed) for one year. Then after 20 emails from them that I should pay my fees, they have sent me MC197 - and it says that if I pay my fees the account is restored!
So which one is right, the first suspension (until March 2012) or this one (until I pay my fees)?
I would really like to restore this account for buying only because it has my real info.

Thanks for your help

I agree :D
Just thought maybe somebody had the same thing and can tell me what happens if I pay the fees.
I can't use PayPal to pay then because my eBay balance is in GBP and because of that I can't make a one-time-payment. I have to send then a check.

So - you're in Israel - you have an EB account in Britain and a Paypal account in Israel - have I got that right?

I think you need a contact in the UK to go and buy you a Postal Order and send it in to Ebay for you. I'm guessing that as you have a British EB account you have family/contacts here.

But my first post on this thread still applies.

No, I have opened this account when I was new to eBay and didn't know there is a difference between the .co.uk and the .com site.\. Also I did not have any intention to sell anything when I first opened it. My address on the eBay account is my real address in Israel, this account is genuine.
When I was paying the fees, PayPal was converting the GBP to USD.
Now I can't do it anymore because I refused to pay the fees in first place, and I can't make a one time payment because of the different currency.

So I guess that I should wait until April and then pay the fees?

Good luck with it

It is a trick. You will pay the fees and then usually get perment suspension.
If the fees are under $10, take a shot.

If you just need a new buying account why bother though? It takes like 5 minutes to make a new one. Just change your address slightly or change it when you check out.

It literally takes 5 minutes to make an new buyer account, and 10 minutes to make a new sellers account.

I believe they are lying man. They sent the second just so you would pay the fees and not leave him high and dry. If you pay them, I have a feeling they are still not going to restore your account.
