Default my account got "restricted indefinitely"

I am still in shock and upset when I got the message today that my account has been "restricted indefinitely".

My account got suspension is because that ebay cannot verify the legality of the items I sell. At the 1st time, I faxed over the invoices from my vendors, but I was told that they are not authorized resellers. They cannot lift the restriction until I find a new authorized suppliers. So I took actions and set up an account with the authorized distributor, then fax over the invoice the 2nd day I received their email.
This morning, I received their final decision that they suspend my account after reviewing all the documents I provided.
I called the customer service, but i was hanged up without any help suggestions except sorry. I am the top rated power seller in platinum w/ 99.7% positive feedbacks (over 140k fbs)

My questions are if I have a chance to get my account reinstate? if yes, how?

Wow Ebay has really gone off the deep end. I know they kick bigger people than you to the curb, but 140,000 feedback seller and they give you no options. It just kills me they can get away with this ****, but I guess it is one of the advantages of being a monopoly.

Best advise is keep calling and harrassing them and hopefully you get one of the T&S monkeys to hit the right button. Other than that move on to opening up stealth Ebay/Paypal accounts.

Not trying to jam you up here but if y ou are selling legit stuff then why is your supplier not a registered reseller of the merchandise you are buying? That rings tons of bells with me to begin with.

Usually this just means, Yeah Im buying ⊗⊗⊗⊗ crap and my supplier cant prove otherwise because its in CHina. 99% of the time on these forums that is the real answer.

They probably think ur account at risk and ur selling counterfeits if its vero-items. It probably because the unauthorized sellers killed you.

Welcome to the forums.

What or what category were you selling? What invoices did you provide.

This happens, those robots they have running customer service are the most dumbest individuals you'll ever deal with. Basically once they make a decision is rare to impossible to get your account back.

I feel your pain. Make a stealth account. It may take a while to get to your old sales volume but you'll get there.

Sounds like it's pretty much over man with the invoices you sent. Just move on to stealth.

I had the same thing happen. I have been on ebay for years, I go to the mall, buy in bulk when they have sales. I have multiple accounts so I can list the 50 free items. All great feedback. They stopped my account and said I needed front and back of my license, proof of address and all my ebay account names and proof of purchase of everything. I faxed in receipts and all my information. They closed down all my accounts forever. They state per ebay policies they can not go into detail why. I never heard of a stealth account, I purchased one from someone not too long ago (I think that is what it is) but they haven't given me the information yet. I am nervous about using it wrong and getting kicked off again.
