I saw in the new changes that are coming soon if not already the buyers must email the seller to resolve the issue prior to filing a case. If you get a claim and they never even contacted you it wont count against you.

I need to read the details but that was the jist of it.

I recommend you read their wording carefully.... Its very misleading. Check it out. Do i hope it helps? Yes, but ebay is tricky. Just read the wording... heh or listen to the girl call you and read the script... she reads the email word for word lol

I have plenty of accounts, but i sell certain products on certain accounts. Things get dicey, i move a easy item to it and let it settle awhile... or to rebuild certain things. i probably should have more accounts, i'm working on it for the holidays, now is the time. i know a lot on here have 30-40 i am not that big.But, i do ok ;)
