Something is linking your account. Could be anything from same ip address, cookies, beacons, using a VPN, same reg info, telephone number, paypal account, to item description or item picture.
Best thing to do is verify changed ip address, clear all cookie and beacons with CCleaner, All new reg info and phone, all new credit card and email. List item same generic item as powerseller. Using pic and ad description. If it survive the killbot, revise the ad later with item you want to sell using all new pic with scrubbed exif data and all new description.
