Default suspension

Had two ebay accounts - one which is powerseller over 5000 feedaback other a few hundred

power seller account remains open

other account is band ?

I log into powerseller one often to resolve issues like refunds and stuff maybe once a week twice a week !

the account is good as dead as i cant link paypal too it and ebay advised in an email that i cant use ebay in anyway

after my 180 day paypal limitation will i be able to use paypal again on this power seller account or is it gone forever ?

thanks in advance

If you don't resolve the limitation by following steps, the account is dead - it will NEVER be usable again (and any info re-used is subject to ultimate failure).

No problem leericho - here to learn is good. I have had pp's that have gone limited with NO STEPS to follow and are basically just KILLED right away. This is what has happened to you.

Why is this? Few possible scenarios...1) you were linked to another dead account so it's auto-death (based on your info, does not seem to be the case)...2) whatever you sold/SHIPPED was such a bother to pp that whoever looked at your account said FUG THIS GUY, we do not want your business so...auto-death....those are the 2 most likely scenarios - a 3) (and rare) is just a system glitch that you could try to e-mail and appeal....or call - some folx have done this and RARELY are successful.

Now, the next q - why one eb went down and other one alive? That's dependant on many factors such as sales, activity, problems, linkage - I would say right now you are just lucky. Knowing eb, I would expect that sooner or later your PSeller account will go down. I hope not but the trend has been like for some time.

All the best

(Geez I typed a LOT)

scenario number 2 it will be then

I suppose I should just admit defeat and move on haha

The power seller account mite as well be dead anyhow as It does not have any paypal linked too it and neither does it have any listings attatched to it as i didnt see the point without having a method of payment ha

Also I have emailed paypal & ebay and got no where . basically nothing we can do GOODBYE .

what pi**es me off is what if the items was legit ? a customer puts in a case and its goodbye seller . its a load ov me ass ha

think its gonna have ta be stealth all the way then

You could try other acceptable forms of payment like moneybo ooker, pr op ay, or other things as per UK eb.

with nothing to appeal, paypal deems this a dead account and they no longer want to do business with you. i know from experience. something happened to make them decide this. giving to many refunds is one sure fire way for paypal to do this. too many buyer complaints in a short time is another.

calling them will do nothing. it sucks, but people on here have lost more
