got hit with a MC018 today

got hit with this today for relisting a duplicate item. NOthing major i would think as i did it on accident and not on purpose. It was a simple mistake on my part and i didnt even see it till i get the violation. Now my question is.

1. is my account now under constant watch?
2. Whats going to happen to my account?

I have not got suspended or anything like that. THe account shows nothing wrong with it and theres no time limit or anything else put in place. Is this violation a hardcore one? Thanks guys and any help would be appreicated. thanks!

1) No not constant watch from ebay. But now constant watch from you as you have to be careful when you list.

2) Little will happen unless you disregard the advice given in the 1st reply.
