??.. Also my account i made in 2008. I never used.. i have it under a different name but same address.. ebay sent me a message that they suspect its linked to a suspened account.. But they only lowered my selling limit to 10 items a month.. and will reavulate each month.. its been a week and a half.. will it get suspened or i am in the clear... only selling 4 items now.. keeping it low..

nope, wont matter anymore. its already been linked and any future accounts using the same info will go down as well. time to buy the book

You need to start over and have a new everything. Nothing can be the same from ip to name and everything because you will be suspended again nomatter if the account is bronze or gold!

Once an account is linked its linked. you can change info like your saying but that will even raise more red flags. Take the advice given and start over it honestly is your best option....at least buy the book and start a new account while your trying to salvage that one

Buy the stealth book. It tells you everything you need to know to start new accounts and sell/buy again. Or use the search function on the forum.

Is it worth buying? How long will I be on eBay till I get suspended again??.. How long have u been on for? Successful business?

Also do I just turn off my router amd modem and then plug them in again for new IP?

@Hockey12, Ebay sometimes gets complaints of items not being genuine, so it doesn't have to be negative feedback to get suspended. This I know for a fact.

Look Man, we have ALL been there, there is NO WAY that account gets Re-instated. As for a Lawsuit, you CANNOT win, Why? Well, To put it simply Ebay is owned by EBAY,,NOT the Public,,its kinda like me Suing you because you will not allow me in YOUR house.


What you need to understand that what you were selling is VERY Risky. Ebay does NOT know YOU, whats worse they do NOT want to know you. If Ebay even gets a WISPER that something you sold is counterfeit your DONE!!!

Worse yet, if Ebay gets wind that there are lets say Counterfeit Wayne Gretsky cards in market and you just happen to have sold several Gretsky cards, even if your cards are 100% Genuine, Ebay will boot you just as a Precaution.

If it ever got out in the Public that a Particular Ebay seller was selling Counterfeit Autographs, it could cost Enbay MILLIONS.


So you see, calling Ebay and "Ripping them a New AssHo%e" or Ranting on this thread, your Results will be the Same, you will NOT get the account back. :ban?:

No there are a lot of people that gave you solid info, yet you refuse to accept it. Consider yourself lucky you made it since 2008.

Yes it is worth it because you can get back on ebay. However keep selling the same products without acceptable invoices and certificates your account will get suspended or banned again.

Avoid using a friend's place. Your son's account impacted on your accounts .
Be independent.

You need a new IP, you need to make a new user account & clear cookies.

Go look at your set up again, & see if you can work out what you are using.
What company do you pay for your internet access? Might give a clue.

Yes paypal needs a new bank account & card.

the information in the book is well orginised and gradually you will find out all the answers. but yes, you will need everything clean and new. if you miss a single bit you'll be banned again.

Dude, Let me tell you something,,If the Rent is due, and you think that you can Create, a NEW account, Sell AUTOGRAPHED Memorabilia, and then Withdraw your money from Paypal,,,say in a week or two,,,FORGET IT,,,

Issues like Mulpitle Windows accounts (A MUST), LSO's, What Type of PO Boxes work, and which do not, Which Banks Work, E-Mail account, and MUCH MUCH more.
