Suspension on ebay
 

Hi, I just got suspened for no reason. It just says Ebay account suspened. Ebay says i will never get it unlocked! Is there any way i can get it unlocked?and sell again? I was a power seller and TOP rated! i dont get it! 100% Feedback never a negitave and paid all my fees.

there is always a reason. we need way more info than this before we can even begin to help you.

what were you selling?
dsr scores?

cut and paste the email from ebay about your suspension. please dont just ask what you should do when we dont know the full picture

At the very least you got a message giving some idea why.

MC021 FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - they said I'm suspended indefinitely?! I have over 800 feedback never a negative. Been a member for 8 years just started selling memorabilia 2 years ago. Any way to appeal this amd get my account back?

Did you have another account by any chance that was banned?

Something is linked I am assuming.

Eb does not have to explain themselves and they know it.

Many have been successful at getting accounts back with some work but if you had another account or a former account that got linked you might as well forget it.

Someone asked what you were selling, dsrs, complaints or disputes etc.

Let us know any of this because there has to be a reason with that much feedback, but then again eb does not always provide an explanation.

They don't like ⊗⊗⊗⊗ signed memorabilia - they get bad publicity.

First step is to find out WHY you were suspended - try and get live chat on.

I was suspend because they suspected I was selling counterfeit ⊗⊗⊗⊗ autographs?! When I get them hand sigmed! I have been selling those types of items for 2 years... Any way to appeal this? The account means a lot to me..

How do I get live chat?? Isn't there only phone support?

they obviously dont believe the items you sell are authentic or there would be no issue

They were hand sigmed by the players and I got my items from a trusted source on eBay too... Any way to appeal this? Really need my account back..

so you bought signed items from a source then relisted them? what proof do you have that the autographs are authentic? the sellers word?

The person I bought off he showed me pictures of him getting the player signing it.. But with no COA. So i am a reseller.. Its been 2 years and now they suspend me? Any way resolving it? Need this account back! :(

Did u see my post I posted about my suspension.. I called on Friday amd they indefinitely! I don't kmw what to say them.. I have done nothing wrong! If I was selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ my feedback of my buyers would reflect that?!

Sold over 1000 sigmed items somebody would of left me negative if they were not genuine!

Any way of resolving it and getting my account reinstated??

Well I have another account. Amd another email.. But same address amd different name on PayPal and eBay amd no suspensions just a limit of 10 items a months for 90 days then it will be way higher... Again.. I made it on the Friday too..

@Hockey12, I feel your pain but I hope you can keep in mind that we (forumites) are not eb ay or pp staffers (or I know I myself am not and a lot of folx are not). Therefore, while we can provide opinions there is nothing 100% that works since eb is quite a crazy beast.

First step I would do is call them up or live chat them (if that option is still there)

I will take any advice before i call them and rip them a new asshole

Like I said before start over and be better prepared next time. Buy the ebay stealth guide and your main worries will go away. I do hope you can get the account back but you have alot of wise people telling you its a worthless account. I hate to see you try for a month to get the account back and all you have in the end is the same result as when you started asking

Problems with selling limits
 

My main account got suspend indefinitely... I have another account with same address but different name registered on the eBay and PayPal account.. I can l list 100 items a month but then I got a email saying we are suspecting this account is linked to a suspended account.. So they just lowered my selling limits to 10 itmes a month and after 90 days will reavulate.. Am in the clear or will this account be suspended too. ? So far it's been 1 week.

Your first good account they suspected was linked to this account so they suspended your good account. The account your talking about now is that same second account?? am i correct?

That account will be suspended also soon after listing items if you don't take care of the first account that is suspended. If the first account that was suspended can't be fixed anymore then that second account will mostly likely be suspended sooner or later. Best bet is to start stealth.

If your second account has had limits reduced AND threats of being linked to a suspended account....you're in a dicey situation - expect end of the account sooner or later.

But it's not me it's my sons account and he has nothing to do with me.. They took down 2 of his listing say trademark violation unauthorized item? Why is eBay picking on my son now? This is not fair. I will sue them if this continous as abuse to me.

I hear your annoyance with the system. If there are no steps to follow, you are obliged to call and press forward. If you do decide to sue, keep us posted.

At some point you need to realize ebay will do what they want.

You can tell ebay until you rip your hair out that the accounts are different.
They will not care.

Your family friend lawyer will tell you the same.

Eb is a business and has the right to refuse service to anyone they please. Basically if you dont like it, hit the road... Only other options are go stealth and beat them at their own game or go to another venue.
