Then they sent me an e-mail thought Ebay asking for my Passport Copy & a prove of my residence. I sent it to the following address: accveri@ebay.com
I've sent another e-mail about my case, but still no reply.

I could not find a support center tel. for Ebay in The Netherland, so I'm asking for help here.

This is a bit strange, let me put it this way.....was your EB/PP A/C VERIFIED/CONFIRMED as they do NOT appear to be so ??? :suspicious:

Does the NL site have a live chat option? Can you speak Dutch!?

I always use the UK live chat when I have sent documents and want a quicker reinstatement than waiting the 24/48 hours that they quote. Dunno if the NL one is the same.

Or you could be patient - It has been up to a week before I got a reply to the email containing the documents I sent - by which time I had already been on the live chat and got the account reinstated.
