Suspended with Netherlands account

After registering myself and putting up my products up on Ebay, I receive the following message:

Seller beware!
For security reasons, eBay has your current deals terminated and the use of your eBay account restricted. You can currently offer no objects, no messages through the eBay system to other eBay members send and also do not bid for. As part of our verification processes can account for security restrictions. For the verification process as soon as possible to exit, follow the instructions we in a separate message with the subject "eBay account restricted: Authentication by eBay" have sent, to follow. Please check your inbox of your email or your Messages in My eBay.

Then they sent me an e-mail thought Ebay asking for my Passport Copy & a prove of my residence. I sent it to the following address: accveri@ebay.com
I've sent another e-mail about my case, but still no reply.

I could not find a support center tel. for Ebay in The Netherland, so I'm asking for help here.

This is a bit strange, let me put it this way.....was your EB/PP A/C VERIFIED/CONFIRMED as they do NOT appear to be so ???

I will await for your reply to this before saying anything further.

Start a NEW A/C, this is my suggestion.

Does the NL site have a live chat option? Can you speak Dutch!?

I always use the UK live chat when I have sent documents and want a quicker reinstatement than waiting the 24/48 hours that they quote. Dunno if the NL one is the same.

Or you could be patient - It has been up to a week before I got a reply to the email containing the documents I sent - by which time I had already been on the live chat and got the account reinstated.
