eBay account suspended
My debit card registered with PayPal expired and both PayPal and eBay accounts were suspended. I updated my PayPal account right after that and it's "in good standing" now. Nevertheless, eBay account is still suspended (its been about 5 month now since i updated my PayPal info), and when I call customer service, they tell me contact PayPal, because the see my PayPal account as still having problems. I contacted PayPal once again and they told me that I have no problems with my PayPal account whatsoever. SO I called eBay again, and eBay still insists that I have to resolve my PayPal suspension (wtf?). I asked to talk to their manager, who eventually agreed that I actually don't have rpoblems with my PayPal account and sad that he cant reinstate my eBay account and I would have to go on eBay live chat and ask them to lift the suspension and gave me reference number. eBay live chat sad that my account will be reviewed and I will get an email with further instructions within 72 hours. Never got any email, called them again, they say again that I have PayPal problems and have to contact PayPal first. My question is how to solve this vicious circle? why would they do that to me?
