 created new ebay/paypal account...wish me luck!
Hi,
I have been reading a lot on this forum, and thanks to everyone contributing to this forum as i have learned a great deal from you people. I just created a new ebay and new paypal account. I made a new bank account and got a prepaid card to register everything. Using different computer (new ip, no cookies) and different address, phone#, name, etc. Do i have to be careful anymore, or can i use ebay as if i was never suspended. I would think that i could use it freely since there is no information that links me to my suspended account...except if ebay/paypal looks up my bank information...?
Any thoughts on my situation?
