ebay account suspended want new one

so my old ebay account got suspended in march of 2010 because i bought a bunch of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ jordans and then filed disputes. ebay blames me

thats all fine and dandy so i used my dads account for over a year till that one got suspended in november

they wont unban either .
I was wondering if i made a stealth account to buy with ,am i good to use my paypal account that is fine or do i gotta start all over.

is paying without a paypal account an option since paypal offers that now

i have a po box i can send everything too but i gotta use the same name

account will only be used to buy stuff as im done with selling

You need a new paypal.

You will not be able to buy long term on ebay without a paypal account. Maybe no more than twice.

Read about making new ebay & paypal accounts. That's what you should do

Be careful about what you buy to stop disputes.

once i go stealth though can i use my own credit card or do i have to use prepaid cards

also can i still use my old paypal account to pay for other stuff or will the same ip raise red flags with ebay

Since I already said read about making NEW paypal & ebay where would you get the idea it is OK to use an old paypal account.

not sure why you would say this. i ALWAYS use guest checkout on ebay and NEVER have any problems. the only downside to it is you cant use those fancy ebay bucks they give you unless you have a registered paypal account

Because paypal has been STOPPING the use of the guest checkout for some accounts.
test accounts have had x2 goes with guest checkout on the 3 main ebay sites.
3rd time rejected.

It was a response based on testing.

If your pp is in good standing, you sure can. eb has no ties to the other website.

i got a bum camera and filed a dispute because the seller wouldnt do anything about it

that probably linked them since it was a chargeback

so i deleted cookies and changed my ip and created a new ebay account with all the same details im going almost a day with no problems

maybe they just wanted me to start over

the indian guy on the phone keeps repeating from his script though so there was no chance of getting my old one unbanned

I'll give you a week. I once did this but with only the phone number, the account lasted a week and $800. See you in a week.

yea 800, the account was aged some weeks and I was selling SSD drives when they where priced higher. But from the first listing to banned, it lasted 1 week.
