Keep in mind, to request reinstatement of your account, you need two circumstances:

1. 30 days must have elapsed from the date of the suspension,
2. You must complete an application for reinstatement conditions and submit with the application for suspension.

After 30 days, you can start the process for appealing the suspension replying to this message. Then you send the form with the conditions for reinstatement.

During the suspension period, you can not use eBay in any way, including registering a new account or use another of your accounts. If you have commissions or fees payable, should also make the payment.

I sold digital photos with an account with only 1 vote and I think this is the cause of my suspension

To which of the two suspensions move me?
Do the two are valid?

You should do as they have asked:

but I've never MC010 and MC034 received while
the problem is that I asked the identity in the first post and I have to deliver within 48 hours
if I wait 30 days my account will be suspended for failure to deliver documents
this account is a stealth

Not being funny with you but I ASSUME you've shill bidded here & they've now slammed you with these two warning codes ??? It is just that the voting & the above descriptor appear to be two different issues entirely.

Shill bidding means you or your friends/relatives bid on your goods to increase the ending price.
Send in documents, you may stand a chance to get the account back after 30 days.
Don't send, you risk permanently suspended.

In plain english, you or someone connected to you bidded on your own items to increase the value of your item.

eBay found out about this & punished you for it.

I think you will have to wait out that 30 day period & take it from there, though still send in the ID documents now id within the 48 hour time frame if you can.

I have not ever bid
this has been the result of digital photos sell items at low prices to get positive feedback

I said earlier
all reviews from buyers of digital photos have been removed
however, the ratings for other types of paper have not been removed from my record of votes

I can only reiterate the earlier advise given by me & others to you on this thread.
