stealth account shipping question.

hey... please bear with me, i'm a complete new here. when it comes to stealth ebay, i really have no idea what i'm doing.

so i'm wondering... after i get a new account made for me for whatever i'm willing to pay for it. is there any way to have items actually shipped to me at my real address? or is my real address completely burned?

you will rarely get a return, mostly like zero. But make sure you have all the correct postage, that the only reason it may get sent back, USPS doesn't really check the postage since i used them for years. But there do check sometimes.
If you ship from paypal use your stealth, dont put your real address on paypal you can be linked or on ebay.

1. use paypal and stealth address
2. if you want to use your real address use stamps.com but it cost 15 dollars a month.
but using paypal is easily since you use paypal funds to pay and add shipping codes easy

oh... i actually meant it the other way... i want to be able to recieve items that i buy at my correct address... i'm not too worried about my return address as i usually overcompensate on shipping anyway, just to be sure.

Welcome to the forums. Best to use an address that is accessible to you but not used in a PP account. Once you read the guide and read the forums, you could alternatively be creative with your address that has already been used.

Heres my secret.

If I get a return and I dont get many I tell them I am on vacation or staying with a family member and the item must be returned to said address or you wont get refund.

For those of you who don't have to juggle 10 different accounts, just get a UPS store box. It's a real address and you can stop worrying about mismatching names/addresses/etc. Plus one day eBay & PP will probably check all addresses vs public records and made up addresses simply will not work anymore.

The other thing is I am finding out if you tell them they can return it and have to pay all return shipping cost per my listing they wont return it.

I have the idiots who tell me they have the right to return it as it is not what they thought it was but I deal with them a bit different.

A lot of companies will not ship to Post Office Box is only problem. UPS or mom n pop shipping stores work great. Or variation like has been mentioned.

USPS has recently (in the last 3-4 months) changed their policy and they are now accepting items for a PO box that are addressed to the physical address of the post office.

Example:

John Smith
PO Box 111
Nowhere, NA 11111

is now:

John Smith
123 Post Office Blvd.
Box 111
Nowhere, NA 11111

i wish to buy some items on ebay with stealth account. i do not have access to an address other than my real address. so by being creative with my address, is this what you mean: lets says that i live at 123 west road. lets say this is the address that i used in my ebay account that got suspended. so if i buy something on ebay and have the seller send it to 123 west street (i changed road to street). would this work. is this what you mean by being creative with my actual address?

Just make a buyers accounts with your real address and that is it. Never make the buyers account into a sellers account. I have one buyers account that I buy all my stuff from. That account is 6 months old and with 90 feedback. I buy shipping supplies and other stuff that I want.

It was my real address attach and my bank debit card attached to it. It still has it's own Windows User account.

I like that idea yotano but you know that many folx are tempted to turn it into a seller's account when feedback gets high...

I understand your ?. If you search same as your ? you will see where an other says they are never linked. I don't know I did it for a while and don't know how I was linked because I was too new and still don't know squat.

All I can say is it is not worth it to me any more to loose selling acct. Just make yourself a stealth acct. for buying ONLY and Manually add the address at every purchase. I have also tried to contact the seller immediately after buying to tell them I goofed and ask them to please send to xyz address. Some will and some won't.

I think buying on stealth account at first will build some feedback score, the point is how to buy and get to real address?
or buy something what is not worth too much and don't mind where it will be delivered?
how you handle with that when opened stealth account?

@annamaria, you make up an address from the phonebook or change your address a bit
