Starting again after being banned

Hi everyone,
This is what happened to me. Was living in the USA and selling on Ebay for about 4 years built up a good little store making about $40K a year then bam Paypal freezes the account,.

well to cut a long story short jumped through all their hoops all to no avail! Buisness went south left USA for the UK still owing ebay fees and a neg balance in paypal due to a large chargeback from Germany.

I now want to get back on ebay to sell again what do you think the chances of them linking me to the old accounts?

I used my real name DOB etc

You live in a different country now. The requirements will be different and of course ppl have similar names. Just dont log into that old ebay and paypal account and start FRESH you should be fine.

Welcome to the forums. Sux to hear about your past predicament but if you are in a new country, you could be fine - might be worth to change the dob slightly.

Just like above I have the same advice to start fresh and not to log into old accounts.

Most likely you have new bank and new credit card and new address so you can start paypal and ebay with your own info.

The other option is to go stealth.

Thanks guys, yes I have new address, new bank acc, new laptop, have not logged in for nearly 2 years and that was in the USA,.
thing that worries me is that I owe paypal about $6000 and ebay about $2000 do you think they will bother following up on that. I know they havnt yet and like I said its been almost 2 years now.
I'm reading a lot about people having ebay acc limited to numbers of items they can sell a month

is this a new thing as I never had that? If I opened a ebay store would they limit me for a few months ?

Yes will do only just found out I need to. Still found a lot of usefull info though in a day, great forum will get the book and see if it answers all my questions. I need to get it right this time and Ive read some horror storys here much worse than mine
