How to answer questions from ebay ?

I got message from ebay said:

And then i called ebay ,they need to verify my info ,they ask questions like : what is the colour of your first car ? which city you have been to ?

I use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info to register paypal and ebay ,how ebay know what is the colour of "my" first car ? and which city "i" have been to ?
