I have got a new email address
I have got a new legit bank account

I will try to open a new paypal account with a slightly different address to my old paypal account ie 12a instead of 12 something road and a different name ie jay instead of james but with the same postcode and telephone number and then match it with a new ebay account with the same details.

Before I get myself into more trouble does anyone see any floors in this idea?

be careful about the phone number.

Do they definitely check across all accounts for phone numbers and postcodes?

The phone number might get you busted, there are posts about how to obtain a new phone number.

Even if I delete my old Paypal account?

There is no such thing as "deleting a PAYPAL account or deleting an EBAY account.
