Suspended after 1st listing

So I opened a new ebay account 3 months ago and tried to sell my first item today and a few minutes later i had a e-mail sent and a restriction on my account and ebay asking me to call to verify account information. What did i do wrong ?

Here are some questions that can help the board figure out why:

1. Did you have a previous Ebay account? (If so, check question 2)
2. Did you use different IP address when you created the accounts?
3. Was this accounts Fully Verified?
4. Did you list "High Risk" items?
5. Did you have "browsing" history on the account?

no feedback at all. Just listed a BIN of 10 items, which is the limit.

10 items BIN on a new account & you wonder why ebay calls?

Yeah I remember you mentioned your situation..You should have probably waited a little longer. I'm no expert here, but having no feedback + 2 day old account + listing 10 items right off the bat (regardless if they're BIN or auctions) - is definitely not the best idea.

Listing 10 right out the gate is hit or miss. If you had buying feedback or listed 1-2 items, uploaded tracking, delivered, THEN listed 10 low risk items you would be all good.

Imma try this again, the responses on the page are showing me that i did something wrong. By the way does anyone know the questions they ask when they ask you to verify an account ?

^ They will ask your name, address, and secret question's answer. I'm almost certain they didn't asked my DOB when I called them last week, but it's better to have all the information on hand.
