If you don't have the documents, you have 2 possible outcomes:
1. You come up with documents and have the account reinstated.
OR
2. You move on to a new account.

YOU choose to sell the item.
Do not complain because you have no right to sell it.
You made your own problem.
Yet it's someone else' fault?
Get real.

Its there Fault they can find other way to suspend me and not to close my account.
i can easily buy the same product on the local store and sell them on ebay,
there is no reason for suspending me cause of that.
that my opinion

Which is incorrect, in my opinion.
Go study VeRo and find out why.
Sellers have to KNOW if they have the right to sell items. End of story.
