Dear XXXXX

To help you be a successful seller and ensure a safe experience for the eBay community, your account has been restricted until additional information can be verified or obtained and we're able to confirm that your use of services meets the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement.

I understand that this process may seem confusing. Please let me explain a little more about it. We're committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account's activity, but rather a preventative measure.

Learn more about eBay's User Agreement:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/user-agreement.html

To appeal process this restriction, please review the following guidelines:

-- Submit all of the following information by fax (fax number below):

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. This can include either manufacture invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement.

-- Important --
- Make sure that your name and user ID appear on each document that you submit. If this information isn't included, it can't be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Fax all documents to:
eBay
Attention: SRM Appeals
Fax number: (801) 880-7018

-- Note --
- It may take up to 3 business days to review your information.
- All documents submitted will be destroyed after we review them.

Please reply to this email after the above requirements have been met and we will begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction.

We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter as quickly as possible, and we look forward to working with you in order to establish a strong selling history and successful business relationship.

Thanks,

eBay

EB and PP hate DHGate, because most, if not all, of the items are counterfeit. Sending invoices from them probably won't help.

Then that leaves the question.. how to sell authentics? Most of the people who have sold 40k feedback, have like 200 neg a month, but have like 5k positive, and they sell like phake wii controls, 3rd party adapters, and such items :l why doesn't ebay take them out. Most of the stuff I buy is either aftermarket and its from eBay. I wonder if somebody knows why.

Not sure if you're aware of the #1 seller "buy" but he has over 2million feedback! I was astonished xD he must work for eBay, there is no possible way for that.

They were phakes, but its basically the same damn thing, except just not originals. Just people want to be really "swagged" out and complain, but I'm basically helping them save money.

It's kinda like the Dr. Dre Studios, you are paying for the brand name... thats it! This society is weird I tell you :/

But what happened was, I had them in BIN, then decided to add an auction for both of them, so people can bid, but if they wanted to buy it now they could just buy it.

You need authentic invoices from an authentic re-seller for re-sellers. Gotta research.

Everything you're selling has been sold before, or is currently being sold..maybe not by HUGE famous places like jcpenny or something.. but in the 21st century there are plentiful of websites selling them.. now just to figure out which are legit and which arent

Dude... you got to be kidding. It sounds EXACTLY the same. Go buy phake beats and REAL ones, the bass is just clearer on the REAL ones, of course it is stylish but cmon now. For me, I'd rather get the BOSE Acoustic 15. Nuff said.
