I hate ebay. But I relied on ebay to make a living. They banned me for having too many international shipments being lost because of the DSR. Avoid shipping to Croatia and Ukraine like a plague.

Common sense should have made you think again about what countries to ship items to.

ebay never made you ship internationally.

You choose that.

1st ding of the DSRs and you should have started to be concerned.

Now you are here , you learn stealth and avoid silly errors.

You have to think carefully about which countries you ship to. You're not the first to be banned from eBay because of shipping issues. Good luck.
