Is it worth trying to save this account???

Had account for a year, selling motorcycle parts.
Not going to do the usual (idiot buyer) routine, Ive been slack with post and description etc etc.
Although the DSR system is a joke!
As per title can I turn this around? or am I going to have to join the darkside LOL, and learn from my mistakes.
I have 550 positives and 2 negs.

Selling low end items for volume and positive feedback - I would still try - make new accounts as backups too and work them up

Ahh now I'm starting to get the new account route, so if i set up another account obviously items that are easy to sell and post it will help boost my seller status?

Have attached a screen capture of the last 3 months think its improving?

Find the DSR really confusing.

Also have emailed 150 customers asking for feedback as I have been too lazy to leave them any, I know exactly where I have been going wrong and where to improve.

would rather not have to go stealth cheers for any advice

It's certainly worth trying to turn it around, looks like the opened cases is the real problem. As rsot says, make backup accounts.

Use and abuse it until you cannot anymore. But be prepared for the worst and make backups
