ebay stealth and ebay buying account

Hey guyz I am new to this site. I have already read the Stealth Book. And was thinking of buying an ebay account. So my question is if I buy an account do I still have to change my ip address

Obviously you're not understanding the principles of Stealth.

May I suggest you re-read the Guide if in fact you have it?

And to answer your question: Yes, a new IP would need to be obtained along with the other techniques outlined in the Stealth Book even if your are buying an account.
