Then a buyer asked a question it went like this " Hello Why don't you accept paypal, it's the ebay way of business" being as that I have another ebay account I needed to know if ebay really monitored questions so I typed back "Let just say I learned my lesson as a seller" My account was suspended within 5 minutes. I really think theres people in customer service that watch for these comments.

I see what types of questions you guys are referring to now. You should've just said "because I do not have a Paypal account".

I personally have never been suspended that way. I've only been suspended after ebay claims I have violated their terms, which the violations stack over time. I've never been "BOOM, you're suspended" immediately.

I don't see how this is against their TOS. As long as you have a "merchant account" or take checks or money orders you're fine.

Do you really think Ebay actually cares about them fees?/ NO, they dont care. So that is pointless, it might make you feel good but Ebay isn't losing sleep over that.If that was the case then they wouldnt had suspended you if they gave a damn or they would had suspended you after you pay them fees.

The thing is that once a customer asked that question , they will turn you into ebay or tell ebay that you dont accept paypal and maybe your scamming. So Ebay tooks a closer look at your auctions and maybe the look fishey so they suspend you.

what I can't understand is why I have a listings for sneakers, where the listing states in the title AND on the 1st line 'US Size 10'

I still get people asking 'hey what size are these?'

WTF?

Hey you guys...let me tell you this is wierd...I posted on this forum 1 day ago when my account was suspended, Now let me tell you what happen. This customer from CA name Vanna1220 on ebay emailed me with this question

" Why dont you accept pay pal? It is the safest way of transfuring money and knowing the exact address of the buyer. Its the best way of doing business on e bay"

After she emailed me I typed to her "Lets just say I learned my lesson as a seller" 5 minutes later my account was suspended, I figured it was what I said and the person was from ebay. Well I just so happen to check the email to the suspended account, and I saw that people were still asking me questions I said "WTF" this account is suspended. Then I went to ebay from another account that I have and went to the community tab and typed in the accounts name. Now normally when your suspended from ebay it says "user not registered" but this account didn't say anything it was active again. No Suspendion Not nothing, like nothen ever happen to it. But I know I didn't dream this because my seller fees remain the same. Because when ebay suspends your account they credit back whatever seller fees of whatever u were selling at the time.

What do yall think

It wont tell you your suspended by typing in your name. You have to click on the feedback and click on one of your past items and then you will see the naru next to your name.
