Looks like EB just banned me from one category my account is not completely banned.

I called them up couple days ago and asked which source is acceptable because I didn’t know the source I am using is not an acceptable source by EB.

I don’t want to find a source again that is not good, the customer service agent send me a guide from EB forms that showed what sources are acceptable.

Yesterday I faxed over my new invoice and they denied me again.

Once ebay makes a decision it's so hard to make them change their mind

When I had my non stealth account it was my second month of selling and I called to raise my limits and they did with no paper work gave me xtra 50 items which I used in couple days and than the next week I got suspended forever with just selling. I felt like they knocked the wind out of me my account had over 100 positive feedback and 100% and they said yes I'm a good seller but my account is suspended and that's it the decision can't be changed.

Anyway I got ebay stealth book and now I raise my own limits by creating more accounts I currently have close to 30 with 6 over 4 months old all 100% and unlinked


StealTH is the only way and NEVER CALL EBAY

You cant expect eB to be "that's ok we'll help you and cradle and fondle etc." - they look for shady sellers who dont know the business and BAN right away.

If you ever call eB (which is not a recommended move unless asked), you dont ask what is acceptable, you tell them...politely - you show that you know what is good - reply with straight answers - eB has heard all the stories you can imagine.

Consider yourself lucky the agent did that.

As the SELLER it is your duty to make sure you select items to sell that conform to ebay rules.

the last thing you do is think because others are selling the same item on ebay that is OK. You need to do long hours of research to find a suitable item.
Any other method of business will fail.

what I figure out their customer service has 3 tiers, the first tier is nice and second tier is nice too, the third tier is a jacka##

Hmm a bad trend with pp is that they make you send more and more and then just deny you - I would not keep my hopes up...sadly.

Go to Walmart/Radioshack buy a Tracfone for 9.97 comes w/ minutes..
Use it for 2 accounts ( Google Voice )

Did you actually buy the items from a supplier? If so, who? Are they in the country or out? Did you ever get reinstated?

Is your supplier DHgate or AliExpress by chance?

Are your items copyrighted or trademarked?

WHAT you are selling may be what is causing them to ban you. For example, if you sell DVD's and tell eBay you get them on DHgate, eBay will immediately close your account and you will NEVER get it back.
