They have either 1) mastered how to list a takedown item (so try and experiment and learn from them) or 2) they have not been caught yet.

Because that's the ebay game.
Those sellers may have older accounts. They may know what to do better than you.
Fact of selling on ebay.
From now make sure your own account can avoid getting strikes.
Even consider listing different items.
Stop risking the account.

Dont assume that it is only BRANDED items that get taken down on eB. Anything can be taken down due to category flagging or competitor pushing. That's the way of the marketplace.
