Correct me on this if I'm wrong -- about bidding...
This seems kind of obvious but I thought it best to go ahead and check. There's nothing wrong with registering and BIDDING/buying (not selling) immediately (same/next day) is there? I mean something like that isn't going to put you on the ebay radar for suspension bots would it??
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
aspkin, I won't be lisiting with this account (yet) only buying/bidding (BUT, I'LL START RIGHT AWAY, NO WAITING). Guess that would be a "yes you can do that?"
Yes you can, but remember you need to act like a new eBay member; don't list too many auctions at one time or you'll get the abusing eBay suspension. I won't say what is too much, because it's not exactly science; just take it easy the first couple days and you'll be okay.
Would it look suspicious at all to open your account and buy both on the same day? I can't believe it, but I actually found something I want at the same time I was going to open a new account!
Also I read that Ebay tracks your browsing habits, time spent in various catagories etc.Thats why they say if you wanna look like a newbie you gotta act like a newbie. Like visit the discussion boards and the information boards. Click on a few and then leave the PC and do something else. Looks like you're really reading and learning...paleeeeeze!
It's like going to a car dealership to buy a car and the sales people wanna play those stupid games.Back and forth to the "boss" with offers and counter offers. If a buyer doesnt wanna play like that then I've had them refuse to play.
Jumping through hoops playing these games is so tiring!
