Default Complicated problem with eBay and PayPal

Hello,

Yesterday eBay blocked me for the third time. This account was active for 10 months and I had limits of 100 products / 5000 $ on a month. This account got block because eBay managed to link details with another account I had back in 2011 and it also blocked because of VERO violation (back then I really didn't know what VERO is..).

My second account got block because eBay request receipts for products I have sold, and I did fax them authentic receipts, but for some strange reason they blocked my account again.
I created this current account with NEW IP , credit card, phone number, names, addresses - I did everything that eBay won't link it with the other accounts I had. Today, I went to the bank to get a new credit card, and bought a new simcard for new phone number.

But then I stop and thought if what I do is the correct way? I am going to open in few months' niche web stores that the payments will be paid via PayPal. In this case I will have to provide authentic details about my self because of the income taxes.

And again I can't open it on the same IP because then it will be link to the the other PayPal account (real mess..) , and then both PayPal account will be closed. What I mean is I want to operate 1 eBay account and PayPal account with another details and 1 PayPal account with my details.

I thought of using VPN for the new eBay and PayPal account, but I read this can get me banned.
Does anyone have another idea? What can I do to solve this situation? I really need some advices..

P.S: Sorry for my bad English, this is not my native language.

Many many thanks,
Asaf.

PAUSE... The only reason anyone would want continue using their real PayPal while managing stealth accounts is because you want to transfer money into it from your stealth. Paypal will limit your stealth account and real account by association if you ever try that and if you cant provide identification to lift stealth the eBay acc link to stealth is a done deal.

Stealth means STEALTH.... and exactly JUST that. Don't cut through bridges trying to take the easy way out or you will end up where you started. You've already lost 2 accounts by talking shortcuts. You will lose your 3rd acc if you don't learn necessary steps involved in maintaining a stealth acc

Explain more about this web store your trying to open. Are you trying to open eBay stores? or are these web stores outside of eBay.

This webstores are outside of eBay , the main source for payments will be PayPal. These will be niche webstores (fashion, sporting goods , jewelry etc..)

Consider having other payment options as well.

paypal put holds on off ebay transactions.

Nothing is safe.

@asafs, look into CCNow for cc and pp payments...5% is the fee (last time I checked) but it works nicely.

Subforum is Merchant accounts - look at the posts there rather than just relying on pp.

Also consider Skrill for cc payments - lots of other options

The main problem in my country with online shopping and payments is that people here don't want to share their credit card info in order to buy online.
They prefer paying higher prices, but not pay online.
The small precent who buy online (small precent but spend a lot of money) is diveded into 2 groups: 90 precent pay only with PayPal (its the only online money transfer they trust) , 10 precent paying with local online money transfers and PayPal (they don't mind which one).
So I can't let my self loosing 90 precent of the buyers.
I don't know any webstores in my country who use Skrill , Moneybookers, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Google Checkout.

I read on CCNOW website about this platform , but I didn't think I understand it correctly. What is third party shopping carts? buyer can pay me with PayPal and the CCNOW will take care of the payments with out getting me banned from PayPal with my real details?

Many thanks!

Anyone can get banned at anytime when they use paypal.

Even real info does not stop an account being permanently limited.

CCNow will send the payments to your bank account. As GB stated, there is no 100% protection from being banned regardless of what you do.

If you are having problems sifting through all the online options AND you are doing a LOT of business, you should consider hiring a business consultant in your country / IT payment expert who can give you advice and set you up.

Don't rely only on this forum advice.

Have you got in contact with CCNOW or read their site?

Such questions need to be answered by them if you wish to make a success of your business.

Forum is not going to give you inaccurate advise since we do not know your business.
