Is there any hope for me being reinstated?
 

I had an account for 6 years with about 120 positive and 5 negatives (negatives in the past 3 months from DVDs I sold on half.com). I got an email that I had to improve or be suspended. Since I didn't want buyers to be influenced by negative ratings, I created another account withe the same name and address and got 9 positives and one negative at the end which the buyer was going to get it off my score since she misunderstood something. I also got some positives for my 1st account from purchases.

I then got a suspension notice so I created a third account with a friend's name and credit card - address, name different. I guess since the IP address was the same I got another suspension. I didn't know about the IP address connection.

Is it worth it to try to get back on 1) for my first 2 accounts - explaining why I created the new account to improve or 2) for the second account, saying it is a valid account and not related to the first 2? If so, how? A letter through the snail mail?

How did Ebay suggest you go about improving? lol
If I were you, I'd just move on and leave those behind and start fresh. You need to read thru ALL the steps and threads here first , then your questions will not need a books worth of typing to answer.
Dont try registering another Ebay account until you've read thru the info tho!

Don't even try requesting an instatement, it's waiste of time. Just follow the instruction in here and make as many accounts as you want to. lol...

I agree. Read through the guide, and try again. You seem to know the basics of creating a new account, just you don't know all the tricks eBay tries yet. Check out the guide here.
