all my new accounts get restricted until I call

I read many posts from here about this suspension.
Some guys was asked about address,phone..But the weird question was about database..Your name and address doesn't exist in our database.
And i remember..About a year ago,i was trying to create a stealth account on ebay.de(Germany).
I use a good IP,a real address,zip,phone from that area..Classic stealth..
They simply do not let me to create a new account.The reason?
In our database at this address don't live this person..
Scary??
I think that this is the last step to eliminate stealth accounts from everywhere..

And another thing..Do not believe you,guys,that someone from Ebay really read posts around here?
I do this if i was a ebay team employer..
And right now the recipe for disaster sound like this:
"Keep the ebay account a month before start to sell.
In this time,bid ⊗⊗⊗⊗..or buy low items..create cookies..
Start selling a single item,low price..
Wait until receive feedbacks before you post another item.."
Of course,after all this steps,the next will be MC999..sometime worst than few simple questions..
If i want,i can found 40-50 eBay Stealth accounts in 15 minutes..with this history..and of course that there are all "stealth"..question is for who are stealth??
If i can see that,why don't start thinking that ebay can do the same thing??
Actually,ebay developed his methods to caught stealth accounts from here..
I remember that few years ago,was recommanded by everyone from here to delete your cookies and history from browser..Wasn't that a stupid idea??

What difference does cookies and history make?? If you use a shared computer in a library or at school it does not keep your cookies or history anyway for obvious security reasons.

Cookies especially the flash ones. Keep lots of your activity consistent. Even if you are on a laptop. If you use different IPs but have the same windows account logging all the activity through the cookies. It does help create some trust with eBay. While I will say there was a day that you could run stealth from public library. I would not suggest it for selling accounts. I do use this method to create buying accounts and personal PayPals that I will later upgrade down the road.
