What will CSR ask when I call in to lift MC999?

Hello all! I have a stealth account that has been active for 6 months now at 100/$5000. I got hit with the dreaded MC999 today. I have to call in and I am unsure who/what/where/when/why they will be asking me.

I am wondering what verification questions they will ask. I am wondering why my account was MC999'd in the first place. I am worried that I may have possible blew my cover ... Just very unsure and nervous about the situation.

Any tips/tricks/info from other veteran MC999'ers out there? Thanks!
