eBay Account Recently Suspended

Hi,

My account was recently suspended and it has been a nightmare! I've been with them for 5+ years and I was a top-rated seller with almost 100% feedback, yet they said I wasn't safe for the eBay community and hung up on me.

Also, I haven't read the eBay stealth guide, but I will within the next few hours.

Good move to read the guide and make new accounts.

2, 5, 10+ years - ppl still get canned.

What did they say for the reason for banning you - just not safe for eB community or is there more going on...

eBay told me that they've received complaints from the eBay community, but they weren't specific. I pressed the issue, but they basically said "Good day" and hung up.

I've read the guide and it's been helpful. Unfortunately, what I sell is cell phone related. So, when I get a new account, I won't be able to sell those items for quite a while or eBay may flag me. I will have gather seller feedback through used, household items, etc.

Ah the cell phone issue - can be high risk...smart move to use household items to build first
