Confirm account by email technical difficulties.

Hi all,

I've experienced an issue when trying to sell and list something.

Ebay is wanting me to confirm my account with security.

I've tried to do it via email but the question isn't available from the drop down box. I proceeded to put in the security answer anyway and it responds with we are experiencing technical difficulties.

Are they on to me? Or is it another glitch like the confirm higher selling amounts after adding an account to paypal.

Also to add, I haven't changed computers or IP Address.

I met this situation last month, then my account was restricted.

I'm having problems to right now with it. I entered the correct pin 3 times but it didn't work so now I have to wait 24hrs to verify again.
