danoz | 08-31-2008 12:16 PM | my story - and a question so this is my story:
I was suspended from Ebay (as a buyer) a year ago, than I opened a new account and every thing was OK till I logged into my previous paypal account or something like that, and Ebay suspended my new account.
later I opened a new Email (Gmail) account, new paypal and Ebay account with same new Email address. I also changed my IP and logged into my account only with Firefox browser (deleting cookies after each use). when registering my new paypal account, I typed in my previous credit card number (which was used in previous paypal account, that was linked to my suspended Ebay account ... :) ).
paypal said it refuses to accept this credit card number, so I didn't type any number.
I manged to use my Ebay account for about a week, and than Ebay suspended my account.
here is what I think: paypal recorded my previous credit card number that was linked to suspended Ebay account. when I tried to register it in my new paypal account they noticed that I'm suspended and trying to open a new account, and they linked this paypal account to my Ebay account because both have same Email address.
the question is: why did they suspend my Ebay account, and didn't suspend my paypal account?
thanks |
