Seller NON-Performance DSR's

Hello Board, I have been restricted for almost 30-days for SNP and told that I have to improve my DSR's. Does anyone know what the minimum for DSR's are?

Mine have improved a bit, but I still have one below 4.5 that is my ship time because we had some issues at the warehouse. Anyways, I know 4.5 is the minimum for Powerseller rating right? Does anyone know what the cutoff rate is for suspensions?

Anyone else in this same boat? What was your buyer dissatisfaction rating? DSR? paypal disputes? ebay disputes?

Thanks,
Noob

They say at a 4.3 average ~ POOF you are out of here....

You might want to PM Modee and ask if he knows any tricks to improve your DSRs and get your accounts back.

The exact # I believe is 4.23.

Hi: Im not sure what Power Seller level youre referring to--but mine has to be
at 4.7-4.8,,, Otherwise, i loose discounts, 15%

Jack123 09-07-2008 03:27 PM

4.23? Why did others post they were restricted just for having a little less then 4.5, even on ONE?

Besides; how can they allow you to sell again with 4.23, if thier policy clearly now states you must have a 4.5 on all four, in order to sell?!

vipers1999 09-08-2008 10:46 PM

4.5 is to remain a powerseller. Whats weird is that number is determined by your 12 month performance. The 30 day number to lose selling privileges is 4.3, or 4.23 to be exact. I was treading a 4.4 in one of the categories for the month and did not lose selling privileges. Even 4.23 is ridiculous considering a 4 is rated as good.

Hate to disagree, but most of those who were booted off for SNP, had a DSR of 4.5 on most, and just under that for 1 or 2. With a possitive rating off above 98%. ebay said they were in the lowest 1% sellers, and could not sell.

Read in this topic, more towards the end, how others claim you must have a 4.5 in order to sell again.

And I doubt you were actually already suspended, or they would not let you back on with anything less then 4.5 on all four. (am I wrong?)

After 30 days will these accounts be re opened ?

I currently have 3 accounts serving 30 day suspensions for SNP.
All 3 accounts have the same problem .. shipping time is under 4 .. as I ship from Asia and or Canada. They say they want to see significant improvements during your 30 day suspension. I am currently finding it challenging to satisfy customers when I am not allowed to sell anything. Can anyone out there offer any information on what happens after the 30 day suspension ?
Will they let you sell again , or do they actually expect you to improve your rating while suspended ?

Thanks for any info u got..
