MC999 for listing priced too low, huh?

Opened new account, got an MC999 the day I listed one item.
They wanted to know what I was selling. It was an art print.
They okayed it and wished me good luck.
The next day I got another MC999 saying the account was restricted indefinitely. I called and they said I had too many negative feedbacks. I explained I had NO feedbacks. Then they said the item was priced too low. So I asked what price should it have been? They said they had no more information, and do not call us again regarding this.
Any thoughts?

They linked you but for the future: Use your own photos and it should be listed between $5-10 on ebays default set for the first few auctions.

Also be sure to clear exif files on the photos
