MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Miscategorized Items

So I finally had my account restored for a little less than a week after a 7-day suspension. Then they sent me another message and closed it for 3 days because 2 items were listed in the incorrect category. The weird thing is... they were not. The category they want me to list them under are incorrect. After 2 hours of talking to a dozen different automated eBay employees, I finally reached a real human who said that they shouldn't have taken it down and that I was right. They searched and saw that thousands of other sellers were listing the same items in the same category. Unfortunately after that, I was transferred to another automated drone eBay employee and it started all over again. Is there any possible way to contact eBay in a way that will allow me to list them under the correct category? Not only does it hurt the search results for my items, I'm also afraid that more listings will be taken down because the category they told me to put it under is incorrect. Any suggestions?

Sounds like someone is reporting them.

The helpful lady said she looked it up to see if competition was reporting me, but she said that it was eBay's automatic system that did it (which is why she said it was really weird).
