Yes they do make calls periodically, sometimes it's automated and just asks u to push a number .

Always have a working number

I added my new number and they called me after I added a listing. Im glad they don't just close the account now, they actually just give some policy violations first then just closing an account, glad they are making some sense.

Oops im wrong, they did close my account after I didn't answer my phone call again, I was sleeping, what pathetic reasons they close you for.
