ebay suspension - perhaps competition

Hello guys, I lost yesterday 3 of my stealth accounts. I think a competitor reported me as there as no recent selling activity. The problem is that ****y mc113 message which I get. I called ebay and of course they never tell but we started playing to truth or dare and cat and mouse with the guy and he gave me some kind of leads so he can help me but never said the truth. Or they never have them on the screen. My account was OK, 21 feedback, listings popped up right away, not after 12 or 24 hours in the site. Then i checked during the night on the website that there is a guy from UK selling same stuff, I checked his history and he was selling the same same same **** like me. I am suspecting he reported me so he can kick me out. But should a report remove your listings. What the hell happened so I can get directly mc113 suspension. I am doing stealths for more than 4 years. I know the system very well. But perhaps this competitor reported me and they investigate the photos. I wanna ask you guys - is the Tom Ford brand part of the ebay Vero - I never found anything in the vero list, non in the forums. Please, can someone investigate and check. Regarding the other platforms for selling they are more **** than ebay. I tried Alibaba and all brand items they are pulled down.

What was the wording of the MC warning you got?
They usually tell you the reason the listing was removed -Reported for being counterfeit, unauthorized sale, etc.?

It's usually unlikely and very rare that 3 stealth accounts would be taken down at once unless they were somehow linked.
Were you re-using the same pictures across all 3 accounts without scrubbing EXIF data? Best to use unique photos...

It definitely could be competition reporting you, but there's really not much you can do about that. Especially if the items you have aren't legitimate, you probably don't have any actual paperwork to show them.

And yes, Tom Ford is definitely high-risk VERO. Just because it's not on the vero list doesn't mean it's not vero. EVERYTHING branded is technically vero.

Welcome to the forums - stealth works for continuing sales operations.

As for competition...market can be tough ...need to learn to play in your niche especially when dealing with risky articles.

No one will really investigate for you unless hired
