I'm am struggling to understand how Ebay is calculating how many transactions I have made on USA Ebay. According to Ebay I have only made 76 transactions to the US. This means that the 8 defects I have has destroyed my detailed seller ratings. In reality I have sold lots more than the 76 items so should have much better scores?
Has anyone else had this issue or can anyone cast any light on this?
Any help would really be appreciated as I need to find a way of making my transactions count against my USA detailed seller ratings.
Thanks in advance for any help
Kind Regards

Hopefully the answer to how they are scoring, the actual system and what or how a scenario could score like that. I always say I forgot my username and just ask them to give me scenarios tty hat way to avoid inquiries into my actual accounts

Not noticed that ebay staff are even aware of the facts of this lot of issues.
Overall Seller Defects & assoicated changes appear beyond the scope of
them at present.
About calling them and blocking your number, it won't work if it's an 800 number you are calling. It'll still show up. If you are calling, call from the number that's registered obviously.
About the transaction count, good thing you brought it up because I haven't checked mine.
From what I have seen, the trend is eBay and PP change something in their system at least 2 times a year and when these changes occur, there's always a glitch somewhere for the first 1-2 months.
What I'm worried about is that even if what I said above is what's actually happening,
what will actually happen with your account.
I hope it still counts in their back server and not just showing up in your dashboard.
I get bogus numbers every once in a while too. Most of the time it does not effect my accounts in a negative way. But when it does I just move over to another account and let the first one simmer for a while. If you have multiple stealths then you could try this too.
That happened to me a while back. I called them and was told that sales to any country other than my own (U.S.) are not counted on the seller dashboard.

.
UK phone do not have 800 numbers to call. The format is very different.
