What should I do? Advice please

Okay, I have 2 ebay accounts and 1 paypal currently, one of my ebay account was restricted 2 weeks ago and says there are activity going on with my account and ebay needs to work out things with me, when I try to list new items or revise items, at the end, the message pops out. I chat with with ebay UK and they were saying they need to verify my identity and give me file upload link, but since I was registered in HK, so I decided to talk with my account manager here and they found out my paypal account was restricted so they need me to talk to paypal before reinstate my account, I didn't say anything to him as my paypal account was restricted about a year ago, and I opened another new paypal account linking to the current 2 ebay accounts without any issue until now, I am using this new paypal only on my mobile with cellular service without using any wifi. My 2nd ebay account was linked to the 1st one now and they have reduced my selling qtys and amount, what should I do now? Just let it die and open a new ebay and paypal account instead?

In the future, you should keep 1 ebay account to 1 paypal. I had a similar problem before and I left the situation and started new accounts.

Open some new stealth accounts with all new everything, and 1 paypal to one ebay is the best way to go.

Ratio needs to be 1:1.

Sounds like your current accounts are all in a bit of a mess. Try to save them if you have the time spare, but cannot see them getting saved myself.
