just smile, You still don't get it. He's not the only one having this problem. Your doing full refunds and your refunding your buyers their original shipping cost, yes you get you FVF's back.

Now how many of all those returns you did were partial refunds? Let me know if you got your partial FVF's back

No where has the OP mentioned partial refunds.

You dont get your fees back for partial refunds otherwise you could refund one penny of every sale and never pay fees.

fees on partial refunds should reflect on how much refund is given. if the item is $10 and u refund $5 then u should get back 12% which would be 60 cents in fees u should get back. if ebay is keeping the fees then that's just like stealing. its bad enough u have to do a part refund then they keep the item and u still have to pay fees for the full amount.
