Who exactly suspends your account?

Okay, so after reading Ebay Stealth, I've understood that a great many different factors determine how suspicious and risky your Account looks to ebay. What I still do not know for sure, however, is whether this final decision to ban/limit/suspend your account is made by a fully automated process or by a person that works for Ebay.
Before I've found this place, I've created a lot of new Ebay Accounts and started manipulating feedback and start selling right away. I've never really had problems with accounts getting linked, but problems with my new ebay account just seeming high risk to ebay and getting a "Mc010" which asks me to provide ID and proof of property, which is a problem of course.
Now I've had situations like, multiple Accounts at different times, doing extremely similar things, some banned, some not. This indicated that there is a real person with personal opinions making a decision.
I've also sometimes had accounts restricted at the middle of the night within one minute after listing an item, which makes it seems considerably unlikely that a person took the time to review all my information.

TL;DR: So, do you guys know this? Is a person or an automatic process responsible with reviewing the risk of an account and making the final choice what to do with your account?

It is mostly always bots (supercomputer) that flags your account for a manual review. Once the manual review is started a human ebay rep looks at the account and either suspends it or doesn't.

Actually from my experience talking to Ebay personnel they almost never know the reason for suspension. Theyre like a bunch of monkeys reading pre-determined responses when you ask them about the account suspension.
To me this would seem to indicate that Bots are more directly responsible for the suspension and then when you call in it is up to a rep to decide if youre even able to appeal the suspension.

There are both automated and manual processes in place.

Eh, not sure about this. I think they know they just don't want to tell us...

When I first started I screwed up and got limited with the MC999 saying "i was high risk"... I spent literally the ENTIRE day on the phone talking to rep after rep until finally after about 30 minutes with this one special rep she was like "im not supposed to tell you this but its because you were linked to another account".

Now I'm not stupid, I know its always wise to take what a eBay rep says with a grain of salt BUT I do think they can see it on their end, they just on their end think "why should I bother telling you when your suspended already?"

You suspend your own account by failing to bypass the ebay rules.

It's irrelevant that you may not know the rules.

But it's the seller that causes the suspension.

ebay plays the entrapment game.

Think about it.
