Expert Advise Please. Competitor Killing Me

Quick Background:

I have been using Ebay & Paypal stealth accounts now for about 2 years. I currently have about 40 open account and about 10 limited accounts. I usually can save about half of the limited accounts (Paypal). The ones I lose I just drop and keep on moving. If there is money left in the account I just file it in the "180 day category" an chalk it up to a forced savings plan. Over time I've learned to keep my balances low and I don't list my second product until I've withdrawn the payment from the first. I have enough accounts (both Ebay & Paypal) to limit my risk by spreading out my products over the many accounts.
I have encountered every possible obstacle you can imagine. Really. In 2 years I've probably had 200 ebay/paypal accounts. eBay Stealth was an amazing help but I still learn little tricks day by day.
The moral: I have a fair amount of experience with stealth ebay/paypal accounts.


Now for my question:

I've recently come across an obstacle that is quite challenging. I have an individual(s) that is reporting me to eBay and has become very successful in removing my listings. I've always had lunatics contacting me saying they are going to contact ebay and report me. I normally don't pay attention. I would lose one every once in a while but it was nominal in the large scale. Know I'm losing every item posted. They are not suspending me just removing the item and giving me a warning (which is better than the alternative). I know it's an individual (and I suspect I know who he is) and not Ebay because the message I receive is a verbatim copy of a of a typical "report this buyer" option. It involves Certificates of Authenticity and although I have been following the guidelines......albeit, barely ......he has been successful in convincing eBay of the contrary. I cannot call eBay and defend my case explaining that this individual is stalking me because I can't reveal the amount of accounts that I have. Because of my constant turnover of accounts my normal ebay/paypal account is relatively new which obviously is a black strike as well.

If any experienced members have every dealt with this type of situation or have and reasonable advice as how to handle this issue, I would greatly appreciate your opinions and/or instruction. I am looking for answers that can be implemented immediately.

If any other member has any questions I can help with I would be more than happy to make an effort answering them. When I say I've encountered every possible hurdle it's not an exaggeration. Phones, VBAs, AVS, spending limits, ip address, limited accounts, closed accounts, ss #, photo ids & a hundred more situations. I don't claim to be an expert but I've been in the trenches for 2 years.

What type of product are they getting removed?

What goes around comes around. Find out the user and buy something from them. Then replay their role.

Playing a detective can be quite difficult if your competitor is good at hiding his/her tracks.

It's most likely Ebay remove on the basis of report from other member.
It might be some other reason that you have to find out.

They will have to be reporting you from multiple accounts, I don't think ebay cares too much about reports from just 1 account. I'd think they get thousands of these a day from competitors that it would be hard for them to remove just for that

If there really is one individual that you know is stalking your accounts, block there user name if you haven't already and whenever they send a message report them to eBay from different accounts, just make your message look different each time , don't copy and Paste

But there's not to much you can do, hopefully enough reports will get them banned

Great advice. I'm moving away from my single competitor theory. My suspect has only one account and knows zero about stealthiness. He has a old account with great feedback. He's never contemplated the idea that I could be the owner of all the accounts. It's obvious from his messages that he presumes that they are all owned by different individuals. Also, he's blocked from most of my accounts already. As Trosky pointed out, I've been reported consistently for the past few years and have had a relatively low removal rate. This is probably a more creative eBayer or Ebay itself. Hopefully it's the later. Anything specifically targeted by ebay themselves is fixable. I'll find out what's setting off the alarm and simply modify or change it. I'll be more concerned if it's a human..........they can be a bitch.
